HW Maxi

The Right Maxi Guarantee

You know the work. We know the machines.

Choosing equipment shouldn't mean working your way through a catalogue and hoping you picked the right size. Tell us about your tractor, the jobs you need to do and the conditions you work in, and we'll recommend the machine and setup we believe is the right fit.

If our recommendation turns out to be wrong for the needs you gave us, we'll fix it and get you into the right machine.

How it works

1. You tell us about the work

Through the Maxi finder or a conversation with our team, we take down the details that actually decide the machine:

  • Your tractor — horsepower, hitch setup, hydraulics and ballast
  • The jobs the machine needs to do, and how often
  • The material you're moving and the loads involved
  • Your terrain, ground conditions and any road travel
  • Anything else that changes the setup — sheds, gateways, tanker traffic, other operators

2. We recommend the machine and setup

Our team matches the model, capacity and options to what you've told us — not to whatever happens to be in stock. Your quote sets out the machine we recommend and, in plain language, why we recommend it for your tractor, your work and your conditions.

3. We confirm it with you before you order

Before any order is placed, we talk it through with you and confirm the details are right. That way we both agree on what the machine has to do before a single piece of steel is cut. It also means the recommendation is built on accurate information — which is exactly what makes the guarantee work.

4. If we got it wrong, we put it right

If the machine we recommended turns out not to suit the needs you gave us, get in touch. We'll look at what's happening on the ground and work with you to move you into the machine or setup that does the job — whether that's a change of configuration, a different size, or another solution that suits.

This covers our recommendation. It doesn't cover a change in what you need after delivery, damage, misuse, or a machine used outside the work it was specified for — those sit under the terms of our warranty.

Where the guarantee starts and stops

The guarantee covers what we recommended and what for — the machine and setup matched to the tractor, jobs and conditions you told us about. It doesn't cover how the machine is used once it's on your farm.

If a question comes up later — "the trailer feels too big", "it's too wide" — we go back to the brief. Is it still the 100 hp tractor you told us about? Did you want it to handle laneway maintenance as well as carting? If the answers match what we based the recommendation on, the recommendation was right and that's where the guarantee ends.

Overloading beyond rated capacity, loads heavy enough to push the tractor around, a smaller tractor than the one specified, or new jobs that weren't part of the brief sit outside the guarantee.

Why we do it this way

We build the machines ourselves, so we'd rather take responsibility for getting the recommendation right than leave you to work it out alone. If we're confident enough to recommend a machine for your work, we should be confident enough to stand behind it.
